Staff Confirms the Visit
Partner staff visually confirm the active redemption screen corresponds to your business. When the confirmation function is available, staff taps the confirm button on the member's phone. The platform records the redemption.

Minimal staff onboarding. No new device, POS integration or installed staff application is required for standard redemption.

Cana Reserve does not require premium wineries to discount their brand. Each winery selects a meaningful benefit appropriate to its hospitality model. Cana promotes the winery to engaged visitors and helps turn discovery into visits, purchases, wine-club interest, and return relationships.
The exact benefit and any restrictions are displayed on the winery's profile before the visit. Reasonable reservation requirements and operating policies may apply.

Standard participation is free for every wine-country business — wineries, restaurants, hotels, tours, balloon companies, spas, shops, and more. Partners may also use Cana Reserve to turn open capacity into qualified member traffic and promote special experiences to Reserve members.
A balloon operator with open seats, a boutique hotel with an available room or a tour company with last-minute capacity may release a preferred offer directly to Reserve members who have opted in to receive relevant alerts.
