What you are joining
A membership network built around your business.
Cana Reserve is being built to introduce members to participating businesses across California wine country. Each partner chooses the member benefit it offers, and keeps its customers, sales and relationships.
What members are planned to receive
A partner-defined benefit, shown before they visit. One annual membership is designed to cover the member and one accompanying guest.
What your business receives
A free standard listing, a benefit you control, and planned reporting on activity recorded through Cana Reserve. Reporting is not yet available.
What it costs
Nothing. No fees, no commissions on ordinary sales or winery-owned wine-club enrollments, and no required hardware. Optional paid promotion is separate and never required.

A member visits
Once consumer memberships open, a member arrives as a guest and chooses your business.

They show their membership
The member opens Cana Reserve on their phone and selects your business, and their benefit appears.

Verification
Cana Reserve is designing a simple way to verify eligibility. The final process will be confirmed before consumer enrollment, aiming for minimal staff onboarding and no new device or POS change.
For wineries
Provide a member benefit, such as a tasting benefit, and meet reasonable operating and verification requirements described in the Partner Terms. The exact benefit and any restrictions would be shown on your profile before the visit.
Requirements for other categories are set during onboarding.
