When you purchase a founding membership or join our waitlist, we collect:

  • Payment information (processed securely by Stripe — we do not store card details)
  • IP address and browser information for fraud prevention
  • Communications you send us directly

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Process and fulfill your membership purchase
  • Send founding member updates, launch communications, and partner announcements
  • Respond to your questions and support requests
  • Operate, improve, and protect the platform
  • Comply with legal obligations

3. Payment Processing

All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. Cana Reserve does not store, transmit, or have access to your complete payment card information. Stripe's privacy policy governs the handling of your payment data. Please review Stripe's privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy.

4. Email Communications

By purchasing a founding membership or joining the waitlist, you consent to receive founding member communications from Cana Reserve. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email. Transactional emails related to your membership (receipts, access notifications, account updates) cannot be opted out of while your membership is active.

5. Information Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share information with:

  • Service providers who assist in operating the platform (Stripe for payments, email delivery providers)
  • Law enforcement when required by applicable law
  • Successor entities in the event of a business acquisition or merger

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your membership is active and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal obligations and resolve disputes. Waitlist subscribers who have not converted to members may request deletion of their data at any time.

7. Your Rights
