When you join the waitlist, submit a form, or contact Cana Reserve, we may collect:

3. Payment Processing
Cana Reserve is not currently accepting consumer membership payments. If paid enrollment opens in the future, the applicable payment processor and payment-data practices will be disclosed before payment information is collected.
4. Email Communications
By joining the waitlist or requesting updates, you consent to receive founding membership communications from Cana Reserve. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email. If consumer membership enrollment opens in the future, any required transactional communications will be described before enrollment.
5. Information Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share information with:
- ◆Service providers who assist in operating the platform — including website hosting, cloud infrastructure, form-processing, email-delivery, analytics and security providers. These providers may process information only as necessary to provide services to Cana Reserve and are subject to applicable contractual and legal obligations.

- ◆Successor entities in the event of a business acquisition or merger
6. Data Retention
We retain waitlist, form-submission, and communication information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy and to meet applicable legal obligations. Individuals may request deletion of eligible personal information by contacting Cana Reserve, subject to applicable legal requirements.
7. Your Rights

8. Cookies
Cana Reserve may use essential cookies and similar technologies required to operate and secure the website. If analytics, advertising or additional tracking technologies are introduced, this policy and any required consent controls will be updated as required. We do not sell cookie or tracking data.
9. Reporting, Consent and Member Controls
Member Reporting. Cana Reserve plans to offer members a dashboard of recorded benefit redemptions, visits and verified estimated savings. Savings are estimated from recorded redemptions and confirmed partner pricing. This reporting is a planned feature and is not yet operational.
Partner Reporting. Partner reporting is based on activity recorded through Cana Reserve or confirmed by the participating business. Partner reporting is aggregated or de-identified by default. Personal member information is shared with a partner only when necessary to complete a member-requested benefit, reservation or experience, or when the member expressly authorizes follow-up.
Location Data. Location permission is voluntary and revocable. Cana Reserve does not continuously track members without consent. Location data is used only to enable opt-in near-me discovery and alert features. Location-based alerts are a planned feature.
Alerts and Preferences. Reserve alerts and marketing communications are opt-in. Members may manage notification preferences, regional interests and location settings through their account. Cana Reserve uses stated preferences or voluntarily enabled location to deliver relevant offers.
Organizational Reporting. If memberships are distributed through organizational partners, Cana Reserve provides only aggregate program engagement data to the organization. Individual member wine-related activity, location history and personal preferences are not shared with employers, associations, credit unions or other organizational partners without proper authorization.
