Refund Policy

Summary

Founding memberships are generally non-refundable. We believe in this product and want founding members who share that belief. Exceptions are provided where required by law or in the event of platform non-launch.

1. General Policy — All Sales Final

All Cana Reserve founding membership purchases are final. Because founding memberships are offered at deeply discounted pre-launch pricing to support platform development, refunds are not available except in the specific circumstances described below.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that your payment is non-refundable except as explicitly stated in this policy.

2. Exceptions — When Refunds Are Available

Platform Non-Launch

If Cana Reserve does not launch the membership platform within 36 months of the date of your founding membership purchase, you will be entitled to a full refund of your purchase price, less any applicable payment processing fees.

Duplicate Purchase

If you accidentally purchased the same tier twice, please contact us within 7 days of purchase at [email protected] and we will refund the duplicate transaction.

Legally Required Refunds

Where applicable law requires us to offer a refund or cancellation right (including cooling-off periods in certain jurisdictions), we will honor those requirements. Please contact us within the legally required timeframe.

3. Annual Membership Renewals

For Founding Member annual subscriptions: once the platform has launched and your membership is active, you may cancel your annual renewal at any time from within your account. Cancellations prevent future renewals but do not entitle you to a refund of the current annual period already charged.

4. Chargebacks

If you have a concern about your purchase, please contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your card issuer. We will work with you to resolve any issues. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in cancellation of your founding membership.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund under an applicable exception, email [email protected] with your name, purchase email address, and the reason for your request. We will respond within 5 business days.
